After reading reviews for an in-home groomer, I was excited to book for my 1 year old Cavapoo. I booked his appointment for an open time on this coming Sunday, however, my appointment was rescheduled to Tuesday (without even confirming if the new date and time worked for me), and then the next morning, my appointment was cancelled. I'm not sure as to why, even after paying the small deposit fee. For this to be my first experience, I am very disappointed.
